Is there a credit check?

No credit checks, only a 5% APY interest fee.

Can I cancel the TOTAL360™ agreement?

TOTAL360™ cancellation policy is part of their agreement – Waystone will process any cancellations of the installment agreement, a $100 cancellation fee maybe charged for cancellation.

 

How do I pay?

We currently accept Debit and/or Credit. We are working diligently to roll out an ACH option later this year. 

 

How does a claims deduction work?

Waystone reserves the right to deduct the monthly payment from any approved claims. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

What happens if I miss a payment?

The system will automatically attempt the payment the next day; if that payment fails as well, it will try again a third time. If the third attempt fails, a $25 late fee will be added to the balance due. 

 

How can I track my account?

Your TOTAL360™ portal will have a payments tab, this will allow you to track your Waystone Installment Agreement all in one place.
